At Decor Passport, we strive to make your subscription experience seamless and enjoyable. Please review our key policies below:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at shayna@decorpassport.com. However, cancellations must be submitted before the billing dates of January 31, April 30, July 31, or October 31 to avoid being charged for the next box.
All purchases are final 24 hours after purchase. We encourage you to make your decision carefully, as we work diligently to secure your box and curate treasures that will delight you. Refunds are not provided after this period. If an item is damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt with photos, and we’ll gladly assist in resolving the issue.
Quarterly subscribers will receive one box each in January, April, July, and October, while annual subscribers will receive four boxes over 12 months. You may also skip up to two boxes per year without canceling. Billing occurs on the last day of the shipping months, and boxes are shipped by the 5th of the following month.
