All purchases are FINAL 24 hours after purchase. We encourage you to make your decision carefully, as we work diligently to secure your box and curate treasures that will delight you. Refunds are not provided after this period.
How does the subscription work for Quarterly Subscribers?
You will receive one box every quarter: January, April, July, and October.
Billing occurs on the last day of each shipping month (January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, October 31st).
Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your first box will ship in April. Cancel before April 30th to avoid billing for the July box.
You can skip up to 2 boxes per year, resuming regular shipments afterward
3. What about Annual Subscribers?
Receive 4 boxes over 12 months, potentially overlapping into the next year.
Cancel before the cutoff date to receive your 4 boxes without renewing.
4. Can I order a One-Time Box?
One-time boxes ship in the quarter they are ordered, depending on inventory.
If unavailable, your order shifts to the next quarter.
Bonus boxes ship as soon as possible.
5. What is the Billing and Shipping Schedule?

7. What is your Refund Policy?
No refunds for disliked products. Share them with friends or family.

8. How does Shipping work?
Boxes ship by the 5th of January, April, July, and October.
Holidays and weekends may delay shipment.
Free gifts for subscribers ship in February, May, August, or November (schedule subject to change).
Signature release required for delivery.
9. What is your Billing Policy?
Billing takes place on the last day of shipping months.
Cancel before the billing date to avoid charges for the next box.
Update your payment method, address, or contact info in your Decor Passport account. We are not liable for lost or stolen items due to incorrect addresses.
10. General Terms:
Decor Passport reserves the right to cancel, refund, skip, or delay shipments due to unforeseen circumstances.
